Canada Readies to Decide Who Will Die, Seeks More Ventilators

Here is an excellent piece in Global News by Jane Gester.

“The question is not whether to set priorities, but how to do so ethically and consistently.”

My comment:

This is what Canada is presently focusing on, trying also to have more ventilators.

Hopefully, it won’t be too late when all the benefits of early treatment with hydroxychloroquine will be understood by policy makers and politicians.

Outcomes like those achieved in Marseille could easily be reproduced throughout Canada, IF current policies are urgently updated to focus on widespread testing and early therapy.

Who wants the country to be in a situation where it conducts triage of those who will be treated in emergency rooms and those who won’t.
